3.2 Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Payment: All payments must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the Site. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your order to that payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and other factors. The Paper Horse Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Custom Gift Baskets: Due to the personalized nature of our custom gift baskets, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

5.2 Apparel: We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5.3 Photography Services: Deposits for photography services are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Paper Horse Company or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.
